Greenwood County Hospital is located within the heart of the flint hills one hour east of Wichita. Hunting and fishing are popular pastimes as Eureka is located between three lakes and state parks. Eureka is the county seat with a county population of 8,000. The local school system maintains high academic standards and the economy is based on livestock and argriculture. This is a 25 bed critical access facility with an active ER,Home Health Department, 3 physician clinics, and Rehab services. GWCH also offers select outpatient surgeries for the community. The people of Eureka are very supportive of the community and its hospital.
