Job Summary: Manages a variety of general office activities. Analyzes and organizes office operations such as scheduling of staff, coverage for PTO, preparation of payrolls, personnel, information management, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services. Performs evaluations of all nursing and support staff. Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications. Researches and develops resources that create a timely and efficient work flow between all clinics, including scheduling of patients and hours of operation. Assists with development of clinic budget as necessary and initiates cost reduction programs. Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness.
