Seeking Fellowship-Trained Otologist-Neurotologist

The Opportunity:

Mercy Hospital in Springfield Missouri is seeking a fellowship-trained Otologist or Otologist-Neurotologist to join our multidisciplinary, growing ENT team. This team includes 3 fellowship trained Head and Neck - Microvascular surgeons, Skull Base Neurosurgery support (including Neurointerventional support), 3 comprehensive Otolaryngologists, ENT Allergy, 6 full - time audiologists, 3 vestibular therapists, 6 speech language pathologists, and Facial Plastic Surgery. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position serving a four-state referral base (~2 million population). One experienced, fellowship-trained otologist currently provides regional coverage for Otology & Neurotology and demand is high for a partner. This new position will expand capacity for complex ear, hearing implant (cochlear and bone anchored technologies), vestibular/balance disorders, and skull-base care within an established tertiary system.

Position Highlights

? 90% otology/neurotology | 10% general ENT (primarily for call coverage only) | teaching (medical students & residents)/outreach
? Base salary $550,000 + sign on bonus and potential stipend

? Call - General ENT call - 1 in 9-10 days
? Hospital-employed model with excellent OR and ASC access
