- Perform comprehensive or focused physical exams.
- Provides patient and family education and instructions regarding medications, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
- Consults / collaborates with physicians and other allied professionals.
- Assures that adequate patient health records are maintained and transferred as required when patients are referred.
- Complies with Hospital policies & procedures, as applicable.
- Complies with regulatory agency standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested
Job Requirements-Medical Degree from an accredited medical school is required.
-Must have successfully completed a residency program.
-Required Licensure and Certifications: Must be board certified and possess a current non-restricted license in Kansas. Must possess current, valid federal and state narcotics certificates. Current BLS and PALS certification required
-Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability and willingness to demonstrate and maintain competency as required for job title and the unit/area(s) of assignment
