We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Audiologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive hearing and balance assessments, diagnose auditory and vestibular disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans. This role requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving patients' quality of life. The Audiologist will work closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, to deliver exceptional care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding patient and client service within our clinics.
- Document vestibular testing results and recommendations to clinical standards
- Provide accurate recommendations for referring providers
- Maintain a high level of attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate strong adherence to routines, protocols, and contributes to a high standard of clinic operations.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members, handling any interpersonal conflicts professionally and with emotional intelligence.
- Exhibit kindness and resourcefulness in addressing patient needs and clinic demands.
- 1 year of patient care experience required, externship year included.
- Masters/Doctorate in Audiology is required.
- Relevant clinical experience with VNG, ABR, ECoG, and VEMPs preferred.
- Bilingual: English and Spanish preferred.
- Experience working with computers; enjoys working with new technology.
- Eligible for Tennessee state licensure in audiology.
